Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: July 14, 2026

Reslify LLC (“Reslify”, “we”, “us”) is committed to making its website, booking pages, and guest-facing digital services accessible and usable for as many people as possible.

1. Our Approach

We aim to design and operate our digital services in a way that supports accessibility, including clear navigation, readable content, keyboard-friendly use, properly labelled forms, visible error messages, and compatibility with common assistive technologies.

2. Scope

This Accessibility Statement applies to:

  • reslify.com
  • Reslify-hosted booking pages
  • guest-facing reservation and checkout flows
  • related digital booking experiences provided by Reslify

Reslify is responsible for the accessibility of the digital platform components that Reslify designs, controls, and operates, including Reslify-hosted templates, navigation, forms, booking and checkout flows, and the rendering layer used to display guest-facing booking experiences.

Restaurants, venues, and other business customers remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, completeness, and accessibility of the content, images, menus, descriptions, documents, files, and other materials they provide, upload, configure, or ask Reslify to display through the Services. Customer-provided content may affect the accessibility of a guest-facing page, for example if an uploaded image lacks meaningful alternative text or a provided document is not accessible.

3. Current Verification Status

Reslify uses WCAG 2.1 Level AA as a technical testing target for Reslify-controlled guest-facing interfaces. On July 14, 2026, we completed automated verification in our development environment covering booking pages and embedded booking, gift-card purchase, menu and sharing dialogs, reservation and cancellation states, payment error states, consent controls, 320 CSS-pixel reflow, text spacing, keyboard focus indicators, reduced-motion behavior, and English, German, and Turkish language behavior. The final zero-retry automated run found no automatically detectable WCAG 2.1 Level A or AA violations in the tested states.

This automated result is not a declaration of full WCAG 2.1 Level AA or BFSG conformity. Manual testing with NVDA and VoiceOver, native browser zoom and assistive-technology combinations, and provider-controlled Stripe, PAYTR, 3DS, and bank journeys remains pending. Automated verification currently covers tested Reslify-controlled guest-facing booking services; it does not by itself establish the accessibility of every page on reslify.com or customer-provided content.

4. Ongoing Improvements

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We may update, improve, or modify our services over time to improve usability, accessibility, security, and performance.

5. Feedback and Contact

If you experience an accessibility issue or cannot access part of our website or booking services, please contact us:

Email: support@reslify.com

Please include a description of the issue, the page or URL where it occurred, your device/browser information if available, and any assistive technology you used. This helps us review and address the issue more effectively.

6. Relationship with Other Terms

This Accessibility Statement is provided for transparency and does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law. It applies together with Reslify’s Terms, Privacy Policy, Cookie Notice, and other applicable legal documents.
